Medical Bookers is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider and does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical procedures are performed by independent healthcare providers under their own responsibility.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• All medical advice, treatment plans, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the chosen hospital or doctor.

• Medical Bookers does not guarantee the success of any treatment or the accuracy of medical information provided by healthcare providers.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or complication arising from medical procedures, travel, or accommodation arranged through our services.

• The Client is encouraged to verify the credentials, experience, and accreditations of the healthcare provider before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments for facilitation or coordination services must be made as per the agreed quotation or package details.

• In some cases, Medical Bookers may collect deposits on behalf of hospitals or clinics; such payments are transferred directly to the healthcare provider.

• All medical treatment costs are payable directly to the respective hospital or clinic unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective healthcare provider and are not determined by Medical Bookers.

5. Travel and Accommodation

• Medical Bookers may assist in arranging travel, airport transfers, or accommodation, but such arrangements are made through third-party providers.

• We are not responsible for flight cancellations, visa denials, or travel disruptions caused by third parties.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All personal and medical information shared with Medical Bookers is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of facilitating your medical journey.

• We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws to ensure your privacy and data security.

7. Third-Party Links and Promotions
